In this Transmission, Merlin takes you into a profound understanding of how Jesus empowered the symbol of the Cross for all time. The process of Christ dying on the cross was far more than meets the human eye. Jesus did not simply suffer and ‘die’ upon the cross; he enacted something sacred and
eternal through that process.
The Merlin reveals that as Christ ‘died’ he transferred the love in his heart, through the pulse of his heartbeat, into that wooden cross. Christ infused the cross with his own living light and luminous love as he released the body. Whoever touches, wears, or gazes upon that symbol directly connects to the love and healing power of his life on earth. He created the symbol of the cross to carry a connection to the love in his heart throughout time.
Merlin explains that the Cross carries a great symbolic meaning. The vertical line represents the immortal energy that transcends life, and the horizontal line represents the journey of mortal life. As Jesus hung on the cross, his heart rested at that junction of the mortal and the immortal, imbuing that symbol for all time with the mortal connection to the Divine immortal energies.
