You pay attention to the internal decisions that got you there...self-judgement, unworthiness, comparison...The moment you see, “I am in the ditch,” something shifts. You are no longer fully inside it. Awareness creates space. And in that space, choice returns.

The teaching is not about avoiding the ditch. It is about not building a life there. It is recognizing that choosing to choose is Mastery. It is understood that the Alchemy of choosing non-judgement creates a Light that changes the course of your life. When the Alchemy of non-judgement is applied to the darkness of world events, the presence of enlightened choices emerges to

change the World. It is the power of the one changing the course of the many.
